Single lattice bricks - solid. They are used for building bearing and partition walls, seismic plates. The single lattice bricks are also called single ceramic blocks. They are made of 100% natural materials – clay which is extracted from a clay-pit situated on the territory of the Keramat factory.
The single lattice bricks with solid structure have 3 vertical openings formed by dense and steady walls. They have less cavities than the normal single lattice bricks.
The solid single lattice bricks of Keramat JSC are preferable due to their density and stability and at the same time their light weight of 2.45 kg. This is over a kilogram lighter than the alternatives on the Bulgarian market. Their solidity is determined by quality clay and modern technology of making the clay and firing the clay in the furnaces and solid walls. The light weight of the bricks is due to the three big cavities.
Single lattice bricks are intended for walls and seismic plates and are applicable under article 137, paragraph 1 from the TOL (Territory Organization Law) and the Regulations under article 137, paragraph 2 of TOL from first to fifth, with prescribed compressive strength. This quality control guarantees the excellent characteristics of the single lattice brick in practical application.
